Make sure your new submission addresses each of the issues below to ensure we can complete your verification as quickly as possible.
1. One of more of your photos does not meet our requirements
Your selfie must meet our guidelines, showing your head, shoulders, and arm holding the ID document
We can only accept photos of yourself. Please submit photos where no one else is visible.
For photos of the front and back of your ID, all text must be readable, including small labels
The entire document must be visible within the frame in all photos
Any duplicate photos will be rejected
For passports, one image must show both the front and back cover and the other show the photo page
If you aren’t wearing glasses in your ID, you must remove your glasses, lenses or obstructive facial coverings in all other photos.
Please resubmit with new photos.
Re-submission advice
Please submit an ID selfie holding your ID beside your face, ensuring the entire arm and hand holding the ID is in shot and that your full face is visible. The Verification Team cannot accept ID unless the image is clear, sharp and in focus. The ID cannot be cut off, not even the edge.
